How do I join as a member?
There are few different ways to become a cardholder - to find out all about joining the AdvantageCard program as a member, click here.

Is there a cost for joining? 
No - joining AdvantageCard is free. There is a renewal fee every year, on the anniversary of your join date, of 2,000 points, which is automatically deducted from your account.  If you are a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria, you are exempt from this fee. If you do not have 2,000 points on your account at that time, you have a grace period of one year in order to earn your membership fee. 

How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy - all you have to do is a be a litte more clever about where you buy your supplies...you don't have to spend any more...you don't have to work any harder...to find out more, click here.

How do I find participating suppliers?
The best way to find out which businesses will reward you for your loyalty with AdvantageCard points, is to use the selection tools on the home page- where you can search by the areas of trade or other, then drill down by state and category to find businesses that suit your needs. This list will be updated as new businesses join the Program, so make sure you visit our website regularly.

How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance either by calling our friendly customer service team on 1300 552 946, or by activating your online account.  If you have never activated, then ensure you click on the 'first time' in the access panel, and follow the prompts, otherwise, you can simply login using your cardnumber and your chosen password.

How do I spend my points?

Do I have to be an MBA member to join AdvantageCard?
Any Trade person can join the AdvantageCard Trade Program, and take advantage of the rewards offered by participating businesses.  If you are a Master Builders Victoria member, you will be issued with an MBA Advantage Card, which may entitle you to earn a higher level of rewards points at certain participating businesses.  One more reason it pays to be a member of the Master Builders Association. As a Trade Cardholder, can I use the Retail side of the program?
Yes, the Retail AdvantageCard Program is obviously designed for the Homemakers who pay a higher price, and therefore may receive more AdvantageCard points per dollar spent.  As a Trade Cardholder, you are entitled to use your Trade card on the Retail side of the program, and this simply means you will most likely be paying RRP for products and services.

Do my points expire?
Points remain valid for a period of 2 years from the date that they are first credited to the Member's Account, after which, if not redeemed, will be forfeited.
