How do I check my points balance?

Online - you can check your points balance on the website by logging into your online account, where you can see a summary and individual transaction data.

Over the phone - Call our friendly staff on 1300 552 946 and we can give you your points balance.


What can I spend my points on?

We wont give you a catalogue of products to choose from!  Here at AdvantageCard, we have tried to make spending your points as simple and rewarding as possible. You can spend your points on almost any product or service from almost any of our participating businesses.


How do I spend my points?

Once you've checked your points balance and you know your available reward, then go to Business Directory to find the company you are interested in spending your points with. 

In-store redemption - All you need to take with you is your card, and your shopping enthusiasm.  When you go to make a redemption, some of the businesses may have an electronic system, and simply scan your card at their Point of Sale.  Others may have a manual system, in which case, they simply make a phone call to the AdvantageCard office, and process your redemption that way.

Online redemption - have a look at our online stores and after logging into your account, go to their website and find something you would like to spend your points on.  Then, phone us on 1300 552 946 and we will assist you with the redemption.


Do my points expire?

Your points will never expire, as long as your membership is current, so you can save your points up over a long period of time, or you can aim for something smaller; whatever suits you!
